Because You Loved Us . . .

With immense love and gratitude, we remember and celebrate the life of our dear friend and former pastor, Father Eugene Wojcik. Father Gene embodied the meaning of a loving priest who served God and his parishioners with unwavering dedication. He cared for all those entrusted to his care with wisdom, compassion, and love. He taught and ministered to his congregation with his powerful and engaging sermons, bringing everyone closer to God. His smile and contagious laughter touched the hearts of both young and old. Father Gene's example of generosity, love, and joyful spirit will continue to comfort and inspire us. Despite his physical pain and limitations, neither his light nor the manner in which he embraced life ever dimmed. He touched our lives with immeasurable impact. We pray to approach our days with the same joy and love of God and life. We are truly blessed and eternally grateful for this man of God that graciously enriched our lives. Our prayer for Father Gene: "May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you. May He be gracious to you always, and may He forever keep you in the palms of His hands.  God Bless you."
